Norwegian VI.340 club GuardianDruids FC recruited Grilled International's Juli bin Azam on a free transfer today, right before he turned eighteen. This was about as good of a birthday present that the multi-talented trainee could have hoped for, after having his graduation paperwork sorted out.
That International received next to nothing for Juli would be considered an affront by assistant coach Abdillah bin Mohd, as he raved about the youngster's talent. "He's perhaps the best attacking sweeper that I have seen at the academy, and that's no exaggeration." Abdillah insisted. "Not only is he defensively solid, but he can attack from the back at the tip of a hat, before going into his natural free-kick ability. How did he go for free?"
To this, some observers had a ready answer. "Looking at how the Birds got hauled up for transfer fee irregularities recently, it's not hard to understand why International weren't trying too hard to inflate this." local follower Ibadh bin Amini suggested.
