Vollgas Take Tan
Days after turning nineteen, Farmer Bunnies trainee goalkeeper Tan Tse Chang agreed a free transfer to Argentine VI.447 unit Vollgas Rückwärts 11, with Basilio Palmero embarking upon a buying spree to build up the newly-assembled squad. Vollgas had undergone numerous changes of ownership in the previous decade, with BOKEEEE, Sifor FC, hurlingam F.C, Compras FC, Kokotsuki Team, cocana, Faloperos FC and Jaguar Club Arg just some of the names they have worn.
Palmero would receive a talent with deep potential, then, with Tan judged by the Buns' coaching staff to be one of their top academy custodians ever. "He's terribly quick off the line, and a born commander of the penalty area." Fauzi Zahirul Haq noted. "It was a bit of a pity that we are not focusing on his department, otherwise he would have been an easy inclusion in the senior squad."
Elsewhere, Grilled International's 1-1 draw against Valdarno IFC of V.24 would be enough to help V.56 into the top of the Battle for Division V table, with three aggregate wins and a draw, after four rounds. AC Rabissale were the decider in this round with Marko Sinnott scoring in the 32nd minute to down Joe's eleven, as Amelinho Kickers were held 2-2 by Daisygirl in the third and final fixture.
"Some cooperation is nice to have."
Egidius van der Duin, who struck the critical equalizer four minutes into the second half to nullify Józef Majchrowicz's drive in from the left in the 24th minute, commented. "That won't stop us from going all out against Rabissale later, of course!"
