They fielded:

The teams had chosen different formations for the match. The home team, Grilled Birds, went for a 2-5-3, while Molotoff has decided to play a 2-4-2 lineup. Grilled mostly ignored the flanks in favor of their utopian (19) ability to attack in the middle. It was obvious that Grilled had instructions to attack in the middle when they directed a break on the wing into the center of the park.
Enrique Baena gave Grilled the 1 - 0 lead, as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then placed the ball at the keeper's right post – what a clinical finish! Grilled's
José Luiz Velho was delighted to score as he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing keeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing. 2 - 0 after 15 minutes. Grilled's
Paulino Trindade had an excellent opportunity 29 minutes in, shooting after bringing down a ball from the right, but he missed the goal by miles!
Enrique Baena of Grilled received a yellow card after 30 minutes for unsportsmanlike behavior. Things were going from bad to worse for the visitors.
Chan Ze Han was able to squirm through the central defense after 31 minutes and score, bringing the lead to 3 - 0. The referee showed Molotoff's
Ville-Eemeli Järvimäki the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Grilled were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up coming through the center. 34 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defense had to look on as
Chan Ze Han ran straight through, knocking one home to make it 4 - 0 for Grilled. Halftime score was 4 - 0. Grilled did a good job holding on to the ball, with 60 percent of possession. We'll be back after these interminable commercial messages.
After 46 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the field, waving
Kalki Parvathaneni off.
Lim An Keng took his place. As the 46 minute mark approached, the Grilled manager decided it was time for a substitution.
José Luiz Velho reluctantly made way for
Prokop Mottl. The visitors replied 50 minutes into the game, reducing the lead to 4 - 1, as
Jean-Guillaume Débris dashed up the middle and chipped the ball over the home team's keeper. With 57 minutes played, Molotoff showed they hadn't given up and were able to reduce the score to 4 - 2 when
Chad Oldfield got past the home side's central defenders right in front of the goal. 67 minutes in, Molotoff appeared unsure on how to play and their organization was only inadequate (5). Grilled solidified their lead at the 70 minute mark, as
Lim An Keng snaked the ball through the central line of defense and finished for 5 - 2. Grilled added another goal to their lead as
Moey Xin Seng struck home for 6 - 2 after an attack from the left set him up unmarked in front of the keeper. 80 minutes into the match, the referee signaled for a Grilled substitution.
Chia Kwang Tse came on for
Bilal Mohammad Harun. It was announced by the fourth official that he estimated stoppage time to be around 2 minutes. This meant there could still be an extra attack or two left in the match! A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Grilled's
Prokop Mottl bringing the lead up to 7 - 2. 90 minutes into the game, Molotoff had difficulty finding their positions and their organization dropped to weak (4). The match ends 7 - 2. Well, look at this! Cardi B is on the Enormotron in naught but giant sunglasses, red tassles, and a Millinocket Moose tank top. I've not seen anything like it before.
Chan Ze Han performed admirably for Grilled. I can't remember
Enrique Baena ever having a worse night than he just had. Molotoff's top performer was clearly
Uģis Aldaris. Speaking of stinking up the place,
Wiesław Mulewski sure smelled like the bottom of Batman's shoe after a night of crimefighting in Gotham.
