Going for long shots seemed to be the pick of the day for Tazmania, taking advantage of their divine (+3) (23) level with that tactic. It was obvious that team Grilled had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to Moey Xin Seng, but the Grilled player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! Tazmania succeeded with their tactics after 38 minutes faking a cross into the penalty area, but instead passing a short side pass back to Ignacio Boscán who met the ball directly with his outstretched foot. The hard long shot touched the keeper's finger tips, but it wasn't enough to stop it from going in. 1 - 1. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Tazmania claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

57 minutes into the match, the speedy Harry Espinoza easily outpaced Mateja Jeftić, chipped the keeper and made the score 1 - 2. It was obvious that the tactic of the day for Tazmania was to go for long shots, but in order to score they have to do better than the shooting attempt from José Ballestero after 64 minutes, which was a total failure. Chan Ze Han's fine footwork caused nothing but headaches for Joel Yépez. The keeper wasn't fooled however, and confidently scooped up the ball. José Ballestero fired a shot from distance after 74 minutes, but the long shot couldn't find the net for Tazmania. Grilled were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Grilled put pressure on the visitors' central defence 83 minutes into the game, but Chan Ze Han couldn't find an opening. The Tazmania free kick 84 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of José Ballestero, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 1 - 3! Tazmania's Joel Yépez was shown a yellow card after 88 minutes for slicing down an opponent. After 89 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Kalki Parvathaneni off the field. Heng Dong Chu took his place. 89 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Grilled substitution. Bernie Egan came on for Salah Kamel. The referee decided to let play continue for an additional 2 minutes beyond the regular 90 minutes. The match ends 1 - 3. Tazmania enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Chan Ze Han. Bilal Mohammad Harun turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Tazmania player was Aurélien Evina. Ignacio Boscán on the other hand, had a terrible day.
