It was to be a contest between two different football philosophies, since the home team started the game with a 2-5-3 formation while the visitors instead opted for 2-5-2.
Amar Ljubunčić was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by
Carl-Georg Feichtmayr, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. After 32 minutes of play,
Chu Xin Lee gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. 34 minutes into the game, Breaking had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to poor (3). Things were deteriorating for the away team as Grilled scored another to make it 2 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for
Chu Xin Lee after 38 minutes.
Hugo Panýrek of Breaking received a yellow card after 39 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. After 40 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and
José Luiz Velho gave the Grilled supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0.
Casper Kist of Breaking was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Grilled managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when
Bernie Egan cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Grilled to 5 - 0 as
Chu Xin Lee finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. This third goal completed a hattrick for
Chu Xin Lee. Things were going to get worse for the visitors.
Prokop Mottl squirmed through their central defence after 44 minutes, increasing the lead to 6 - 0. The teams went for the halftime break at 6 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 85 percent of the time.
The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Breaking had passable (6) organisation.
Cameron Law would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise.
Manuel Vadalà entered the game for Grilled as the match clock showed 46 minutes. Grilled solidified their lead at the 70 minute mark, as
Mateja Jeftić dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 7 - 0. Grilled put themselves up 8 - 0 when
Chu Xin Lee broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Grilled's
Bernie Egan increased the lead to 9 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 74 minutes. 75 minutes into the game, Breaking wanted to bring some new energy to their game.
Miloš Jolović gave
Branko Tomović a quick hug as he left the field. Grilled increased the lead as
José Luiz Velho struck to make the score 10 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Breaking's
Benedikt Oczipka was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 77 minutes. 78 minutes into the game, Breaking seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a passable (6) level of organisation. As the 80 minute mark approached, the Breaking coach decided it was time for a substitution.
Efgenijus Grimbovskis reluctantly made way for
Davide Summo on the pitch. As
Efgenijus Grimbovskis left the field, the coach signaled to
Branko Tomović to be the new set pieces taker.
Branko Tomović was handed the Breaking captain's armband. 82 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Breaking substitution.
Envel Auvinet came on for
Naum Myatlev. After 89 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving
Chu Xin Lee off the field.
Radovan Jaška took his place. 89 minutes into the game, Grilled wanted to bring some new energy to their game.
José Luiz Velho gave
Yee Jian Hui a quick hug as he left the field. The players were tired, but when the referee announced that there would be 4 minutes of added time they, nonetheless, welcomed the extra opportunity to make an impact. The match ends 10 - 0. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 85 percent.
The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt
Kalki Parvathaneni.
冬馬 (Toma) 田宮 (Tamiya) was a disappointment, however. Breaking's best player was
Juan Carlos Longoria. On the other hand,
Envel Auvinet's play was disheartening.
