Clear skies welcomed the 12000 spectators who had made their way to INTER - TUAN CAT Arena. Philipp Rogister was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Maxime Bastard and Sébastien Touzé. Grilled's lineup was: Salmiņš - Webb, Panigrahi - 敬龙 (Jinglong), Kamel, Mohammad Harun, Chuan Yong, Parvathaneni - Egan, Ze Han, Xin Seng.

INTER - TUAN CAT fielded a 4-4-2 lineup. For Grilled Birds, the formation of choice was 2-5-3. Grilled tried to focus their attacks down the middle, taking advantage of their divine (+7) (27) level with that tactic. The visiting Kalki Parvathaneni was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 9 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 0 - 1 was the score. Moey Xin Seng received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 13 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Grilled fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Grilled were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. After 14 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Salah Kamel who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 3. After 21 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave Gilbert Webb a chance to increase the lead for Grilled, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 4. 姚 (Yao) 荣锦 (Rongjin) of INTER received a yellow card after 36 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Some fine movement on the left led to a Grilled goal after 39 minutes, making it 0 - 5. Bernie Egan was noted down as the scorer. 0 - 5 was the halftime score. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 80 percent of possession.

After 51 minutes, Grilled's 吴 (Wu) 敬龙 (Jinglong) burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 6. After 77 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed 吴 (Wu) 敬龙 (Jinglong) to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 7. Bernie Egan increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 8. The visitors' Gilbert Webb took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 83 minutes into the match. 0 - 9 for Grilled. With 85 minutes played, Bernie Egan nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. As the 89 minute mark approached, the Grilled coach decided it was time for a substitution. Gilbert Webb reluctantly made way for Radovan Jaška on the pitch. It was announced by the referee that he estimated stoppage time to be around 3 minutes. This meant there could still be an extra attack or two left in the match! The match ends 0 - 9. Grilled had most of the ball, with 80 percent of possession.

INTER's best player was Chan Tong Nie. 朱 (Zhu) 树 (Shu) was a disappointment, however. Grilled's top performer was clearly Chan Ze Han. However, Radovan Jaška made a disastrous appearance.
