Grilled solidified their lead at the 20 minute mark, as Bhavya Panigrahi dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. After 22 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and Vikram Mudaliar gave the Grilled supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. Grilled increased the lead as Vikram Mudaliar struck to make the score 4 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Chu Xin Lee increased the lead for Grilled to 5 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Halftime score was 5 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 72 percent of the ball.

After 46 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Bilal Mohammad Harun off the field. Kalle ter Berg took his place. 51 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Kalle ter Berg broke through, making the score 6 - 0 for Grilled. Cheers filled the stadium as Chu Xin Lee broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 7 - 0 to Grilled. Grilled put in a good effort on the right, but Vikram Mudaliar saw his volley fly wide of the mark 75 minutes into the game. 80 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Grilled substitution. Heng Dong Chu came on for Chu Xin Lee. 80 minutes into the game, Grilled wanted to bring some new energy to their game. Vikram Mudaliar gave Kalki Parvathaneni a quick hug as he left the field. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Kalki Parvathaneni from Grilled a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 82 minutes into the game. Despite this being a great chance for a shot, they tried a cheeky move intended to bypass the defence. However, Bhavya Panigrahi did not manage to connect with it cleanly and the ball went out. It was announced by the referee that he estimated stoppage time to be around 3 minutes. This meant there could still be an extra attack or two left in the match! The match ends 7 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 75 percent of the time.

Grilled's top performer was clearly Chan Ze Han. Bhavya Panigrahi on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating GLADIATORS_FC player was without a doubt Ismaèl Canyellas. On the other hand, Jan Reich's play was disheartening.
