The crowd of 1159 turning up at Agus Gang Arena today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain. Uwe Halem was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stephen Pollard and Gijs Bar. The rain was pouring down, it was the kind of weather favoured by strong players who stick to simple football. For players possessing of speed or technical skills, the day really was as grim as for everyone else. Grilled's lineup was: Vadalà - Abdul Majid, Tarin - Jaška, Webb, Xin Seng, Panigrahi, Mottl - Xin Lee, Velho, Jian Hui.

It was to be a contest between two different football philosophies, since the home team started the game with a 4-4-2 formation while the visitors instead opted for 2-5-3. Agus were relying on their passable ability to counter-attack. Grilled decided to play creatively at a titanic level. Grilled's Chu Xin Lee gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead after 15 minutes with a superb strike from the right. After 17 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed Mohd Jafni Abdul Majid to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 2. The home keeper was stunned 19 minutes into the match when he misjudged the free kick by Bhavya Panigrahi and dived in the wrong direction. The visitors increased the lead to 0 - 3. The visitors almost increased their lead after 26 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar. With 27 minutes played, Grilled's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to Chu Xin Lee he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 0 - 4. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 4. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 90 percent of possession.

46 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Grilled substitution. 洸平 (Kohei) 奥谷 (Okuya) came on for Jérémy Tarin. After 46 minutes, the Agus coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Dara Ov off the field. Tilcio Ortega took his place. 纪 (Ji) 中强 (Zhongqiang) would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. Andi Mândru entered the game for Agus as the match clock showed 46 minutes. As the 46 minute mark approached, the Agus coach decided it was time for a substitution. Omar Zambi reluctantly made way for Eric Frings on the pitch. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by Chu Xin Lee. At last, Grilled's Yee Jian Hui was able to backheel the ball in. 0 - 5. After 62 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Moey Xin Seng who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 6. Agus's Gøran Korsvik was shown a yellow card after 65 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Chu Xin Lee earned a rousing chorus of cheers from his fans as he seemed to come out of nowhere after 70 minutes to intercept the ball and put it in the back of the net for Grilled. 0 - 7. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for Chu Xin Lee. After the ball was lifted in from the left, Moey Xin Seng was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 74 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. After 76 minutes, Grilled's Moey Xin Seng burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 8. As the match nears its end, the referee has deemed it appropriate to add 2 minutes as stoppage time. The visitors' Chu Xin Lee took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 90 minutes into the match. 0 - 9 for Grilled. With 90 minutes played, Grilled put themselves up 0 - 10 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was Yee Jian Hui. The match ends 0 - 10. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 91 percent.

Agus's best player was Ulf Ketelhodt. On the other hand, Horia Dumitraşcu's play was disheartening. Most important Grilled player was Chu Xin Lee. 洸平 (Kohei) 奥谷 (Okuya) was a disappointment, however.
