For Technical players, it was instead an advantage, allowing them to shine on the pitch. The teams had chosen different formations for the match. Home team Steinheim went for 4-5-1 while Grilled Birds has decided to play a 2-5-3 lineup. Going for long shots seemed to be the pick of the day for Steinheim, taking advantage of their divine (+2) level with that tactic. Steinheim's slick passing moves completely confused the defence after 3 minutes, but thanks to Massoud Dob's miraculous save from Yohann Delande's long shot the score remained unchanged. Instead of playing a 50/50 ball into the penalty area, Steinheim's Yohann Delande skipped past the marking defender and passed the ball to Raul Torres who finished it off from distance. The keeper could only stand and watch as the hard shot hit the underside of the cross bar, and in to make it 1 - 0 with 22 minutes played. With 24 minutes played, Steinheim put themselves up 2 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to Tycho Kalkman, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. 27 minutes in, Grilled's Kalki Parvathaneni" class="awayplayer">Kalki Parvathaneni received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Steinheim succeeded with their tactics after 31 minutes faking a cross into the penalty area, but instead passing a short side pass back to Oskar Rohrhirs who met the ball directly with his outstretched foot. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Grilled's Vikram Mudaliar" class="awayplayer">Vikram Mudaliar was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 46 minutes. Islom Davlatov was given a chance to change things around. Yohann Delande increased Steinheim's lead to 4 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. With 80 minutes played, the Grilled coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. Chan Ze Han" class="awayplayer">Chan Ze Han came on, Chu Xin Lee" class="awayplayer">Chu Xin Lee had to leave the fray. Yohann Delande held up a Steinheim attack after 81 minutes, waited until Amirreza Irajpour was in shooting position, and then elegantly set him up. Amirreza Irajpour didn't disappoint his team mates, and from a distance he curled the ball with precision to the right of the keeper making it 5 - 0. Grilled's Neeraj Muthyala was shown a yellow card after 84 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Raphael Zoller managed to make an excellent pass from the wing, but Amirreza Irajpour was not as skillful and couldn't finish it off. It was announced by the referee that he estimated stoppage time to be around 1 minute. This meant there could still be an extra attack or two left in the match! The match ends 5 - 0. Steinheim enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

The most dominating Steinheim player was without a doubt Yohann Delande. However, Raphael Zoller made a disastrous appearance. Most important Grilled player was Islom Davlatov. 悠太 (Yuta) 中北 (Nakakita) was a disappointment, however.
