Villains managed to extend their lead to 3 - 1 when B. Breixas cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The players of Villains now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. The Villains coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 40 minutes into the game. It was 3 - 1 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 61 percent of the ball.

In an effort to secure the lead, Villains changed their tactic after 46 minutes. After a short break after 50 minutes, Villains seemed to change their tactical approach a bit. Grilled needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 89 minutes L. Aik Jia made way for P. Bellamoli. Under heavy pressure after 89 minutes, the inexperienced Villains struggled to maintain their level of play. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 63 percent.

Villains's top performer was clearly P. Chardon. L. Dong Rong turned in a dismal performance, however. 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) performed admirably for Grilled. However, P. Bellamoli made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 3.
