Grilled 5 - 1 Luanda

iv id="matchReport"> A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 6557 to The Cooking Pot. Per Stjerning was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Laurenţiu-Ioan Corodean and Marcin Klimaszewski. Grilled started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. They fielded: Rykowski - bin Ahmad, Filippone, Awyong - 福泉 (Fuquan) , bin Mohd Kassim, Aik Jia, 勇航 (Yonghang) , Ying Lee - Bellamoli, Wan Kang.

Luanda decided to use a 2-5-3 set up. Lineup: Tuna - Alves, Chamorrinha - Ceballos, Niass, Baccari, Griffiths, Kuras - Baldasso, Sidorin, Baharmast.

They were singing the praises of C. Awyong 15 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 1 - 0 to Grilled. The visitors' equaliser seemed sure to come after 20 minutes, following a one on one situation around the left hand side of the goal area, but K. Rykowski got the best of it, blocking the shot from O. Baccari. The Grilled free kick 29 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of C. Ying Lee, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 2 - 0! F. Baldasso's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. A free kick just outside of the visitors' penalty area after 33 minutes could have resulted in another goal, but N. Tuna got a hand out and tipped the ball over the bar. Cheers filled the stadium as 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to Grilled. I. Sidorin of Luanda was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 68 percent of the time.

Grilled managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when G. Filippone cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Grilled lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. G. Filippone wanted to play on, but the Grilled coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 80 minutes into the game by N. Vandeneynde. After 83 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) might have resulted in another goal for Grilled. However, N. Tuna made a spectacular save. Luanda's J. Ceballos was shown a yellow card after 84 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Always quick and a menace to his opponents, R. Kuras was very close to getting through after 85 minutes, but he could only put the ball into the keeper's arms. N. Tuna was caught napping as L. Aik Jia lifted a ball over him following a free kick, but the ball hit the bar, rebounding into the keeper's arms. Grilled's C. Ying Lee got himself booked for a foul. Unfortunately for Luanda, N. Tuna was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. L. Nino replaced him. C. Ying Lee didn't pace himself at all, and after a series of daring offensive runs he was too tired to help out in the defensive play. The visitors replied 89 minutes into the game, reducing the home side's lead to 4 - 1, as J. Ceballos dashed up the middle, easily lobbing the ball over the home team's keeper. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Grilled to 5 - 1 as 凌. 福泉 (Fuquan) finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. J. Ceballos remonstrated furiously with the referee after Luanda had another decision go against them. The referee had no alternative but to show him another yellow card and send him from the pitch. 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) should probably have put his team up another goal after 89 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by L. Nino kept the visitors in the game. Grilled had most of the ball, with 73 percent of possession.

Grilled's top performer was clearly M. bin Mohd Kassim. C. Awyong was a disappointment, however. Most important Luanda player was O. Baccari. A. Chamorrinha on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 1.
