Grilled 4 - 0 BakuBesT

iv id="matchReport"> 7396 punters turned up at The Cooking Pot, and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Aadhiseshan Motvani was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Marco Scalas and Gregori Llantero. Grilled decided to use a 4-5-1 set up. The following players took the field: Tian Han - Bakhtiar, Filippone, Cisquell, Awyong - 福泉 (Fuquan) , bin Mohd Kassim, Meyer, 勇航 (Yonghang) , Ying Lee - Bellamoli.

BakuBesT started off with a 5-4-1 lineup. Starters: Salayev - Mrkić, Joubin, Mustafayev, Kupferschmiede, Çərkəzov - Mövsümov, Hannunen, Oxenstierna, Fərzəliyev - Larvor.

Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of Grilled. Grilled had a chance to take the lead after 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) 's dazzling drive up the left, but the opportunity fizzled out as his shot went just over the bar after 18 minutes. 22 minutes into the game, BakuBesT seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak. A well placed corner kick from G. Filippone was followed by C. Meyer's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Grilled, the score now 1 - 0. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Grilled's C. Awyong increasing the lead to 2 - 0. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 71 percent of the ball.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that BakuBesT had solid organisation. P. Bellamoli left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 60 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. L. Wan Kang was the replacement. After 63 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) gave the Grilled supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. After 68 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Grilled found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. 71 minutes into the game, BakuBesT seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a solid level of organisation. Grilled's M. bin Mohd Kassim swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. 86 minutes in, BakuBesT appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. Grilled's M. bin Mohd Kassim increased the lead to 4 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 87 minutes. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Grilled coach let R. van der Ban replace H. Bakhtiar after 88 minutes. 88 minutes into the game, Grilled had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to inadequate. With 88 minutes played, 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) could have brought this one home for Grilled as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. The coach of Grilled was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 89 minutes, D. Seng came on for W. Tian Han. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

Grilled's top performer was clearly M. bin Mohd Kassim. R. van der Ban turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important BakuBesT player was F. Oxenstierna. D. Joubin on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 0.
