Grilled 4 - 1 rofa66

ercast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 2762 at The Cooking Pot today. Antonio Jiménez Eneas was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Gonzalo Reiriz and Mirko Cervi. Grilled decided to use a 2-5-3 set up. Starters: Seng - Cisquell, van der Ban - Filippone, bin Mohd Kassim, 勇航 (Yonghang) , Aik Jia, Ying Lee - Wan Kang, Bacelar, Bellamoli.

rofa66 started off with a 4-3-3 lineup. They fielded: Al-Ziyady - De Meyer, Swider, Sánchez Bueno, Canto - da Várzea, Pinilla, Martinsson - Czuma, Borràs, Moderzinski.

Grilled showed off their creative tactics. Grilled broke through on the left 7 minutes into the game, with 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. The referee showed Grilled's L. Aik Jia the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 19 minutes in, rofa66 appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only solid. With 21 minutes played, P. Bellamoli could have brought this one home for Grilled as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Grilled's M. bin Mohd Kassim swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. The visitors didn't give in and, after 26 minutes, S. Canto got through the home side's central line of defence, rolling in the equaliser to make it 1 - 1. After a fine move down the middle D. Bacelar nearly gave the home side a goal after 32 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. rofa66 almost scored after a swift counterattack 33 minutes into the game, but J. Czuma put the shot from the left flank just outside the goal. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 68 percent of the time.

A review of the gameplan helped rofa66 get back to a solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. 57 minutes into the game, L. Aik Jia had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came G. Dorogan. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) scored for Grilled putting them ahead 2 - 1, after 66 minutes. Grilled's G. Dorogan had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 68 minutes having been played. C. Awyong was the replacement. With 69 minutes played, Grilled's L. Wan Kang almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Grilled to 3 - 1 as M. bin Mohd Kassim finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. M. bin Mohd Kassim squirmed through their central defence after 80 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 1. 82 minutes into the game, rofa66 had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to passable. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Grilled coach let D. Kong replace P. Bellamoli after 85 minutes. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 67 percent.

Grilled's top performer was clearly M. bin Mohd Kassim. R. van der Ban turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating rofa66 player was without a doubt J. Czuma. However, J. Sánchez Bueno made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 1.
