Grilled levelled the score after 31 minutes to make it 1 - 1, as 朱. 长春 (Changchun) struck home after a fine midfield combination through the centre, which left him completely unmarked. A free kick aimed at the keeper's far post almost gave Grilled the lead 35 minutes in, but the ball just wasn't able to squirm its way through the defensive wall. 38 minutes into the game, C. Ying Lee had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. Halftime score was 1 - 1. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 60 percent of possession.

After 52 minutes, Grilled's 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 1 - 2. The crowd chanted their encouragement as UNITED's A. Jalil came in from the right after 63 minutes and put the ball in the net to level the score at 2 - 2. Grilled's W. Ping Shun managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 64 minutes. 2 - 3. After the ball was lifted in from the left, M. bin Mohd Kassim was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 69 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. Q. Madaini left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 80 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. W. Ross was the replacement. The Grilled captaincy was handed to A. bin Jantan. M. bin Mohd Kassim of Grilled seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 2 - 4 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by W. Ping Shun. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 60 percent of the ball.

UNITED's best player was A. Thury. L. Fehrbelliner on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt M. bin Mohd Kassim. On the other hand, H. Noubaryan's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 4.
