Grilled mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. Warangal mostly relied on their long range shooting ability. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim, but the Grilled player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! 27 minutes into the game, Grilled were awarded a penalty that Qassem Madaini turned into 2 - 0 without a problem. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Grilled scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for Chow Ying Lee after 28 minutes. Grilled's Chow Ying Lee was shown a yellow card after 35 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Richard Novisedlák was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so Warangal's Curt Hinko had to come off the bench. 林 (Lin) 俊桂 (Jungui) increased the lead for Grilled to 4 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Grilled's 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) increased the lead to 5 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 41 minutes. Confident in their lead, Grilled's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. 43 minutes in, Warangal's Aharpati Manohar received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. It was 5 - 0 at the break. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 64 percent.

Content with how the game was proceeding, the Grilled coach let Seytek Djekshenkulov replace Abdul bin Jantan after 46 minutes. Shiya Shaahee left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 46 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. Paolo Iten was the replacement. With 78 minutes played, Grilled's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 7 - 0. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Woon Shun An from Grilled a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 80 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Grilled solidified their lead at the 83 minute mark, as Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 8 - 0. Grilled's Qassem Madaini saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 88 minutes. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 71 percent of the ball.

Grilled's best player was Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim. Paolo Iten on the other hand, had a terrible day. Ajitkumar Kapoor performed admirably for Warangal. On the other hand, August Adolfsson's play was disheartening. The match ends 8 - 0.
