Had it not been for one of the home defenders, Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim would have put Grilled up another goal 36 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. It was 1 - 2 at the break. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 59 percent of possession.

A series of fine plays up the middle should have led to a goal for Arrogancae, but Mohd Aiman Wong bin Kassim's shot went over the bar. The visitors' Slavcho Tzonkov took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 66 minutes into the match. 1 - 3 for Grilled. As Slavcho Tzonkov was substituted 67 minutes into the game, he could take comfort in the fact that his team was in the lead. Alex Fonseca was the replacement. A misunderstanding between the visitors' keeper Dexter Stacey and his left defence could have resulted in a goal for Arrogancae, but Thure Schouby's finish was way too lame. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.
