KingFaizalFc 1 - 2 Grilled

rk skies made the crowd of 58060 at CTMF Arena a little nervous, but the rain held off. Beneke Solomon was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Martin Martin and Wolfgang Bedliwy. KingFaizalFc started off with a ‭3-5-2‬ lineup. Lineup: Komarov - Bruggen, Pountidis, Vidas - Molyavko, Beccarelli, Csirik, Damasco, Flo - Vanauskas, Campestrini.

Grilled decided to use a ‭5-2-3‬ set up. They fielded: Stacey - Stanca, Madaini, Chinchay, 俊桂 (Jungui), Ross - Lefébure, Josefsson - 修宇 (Xiuyu), 勇航 (Yonghang) , bin Mohamad.

The wings were the focus of most of KingFaizalFc's attacks on this day. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Grilled on this day. 8 minutes into the game Grilled managed a counterattack, but Safri bin Mohamad took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper. 23 minutes into the game, Walter Ross was a hair's breadth away from giving Grilled the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by Taras Komarov saved the home team that time. 36 minutes into the game, Grilled had difficulty finding their positions and their organization dropped to passable. Miltos Vidas seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in the 1-0 goal for KingFaizalFc after a corner kick that was nicely executed by Sergėjus Vanauskas. Grilled had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 40 minutes, but 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) 's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. The forty-five minutes were dominated by KingFaizalFc, with an impressive 69 percent possession of the ball.

During the break, Grilled's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to solid organization in time for the re-start. After 46 minutes, Grilled switched Niculae Stanca with Gleb Dorogan, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Gleb Dorogan was handed the Grilled captain's armband. Grilled needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 46 minutes Walter Ross made way for Marc Pujolràs. The Grilled players listened closely to their manager, as he gave new tactical instructions for the team. The crowd was silenced 60 minutes into the match as the visiting team's Safri bin Mohamad came in from the left, levelling the score to 1 - 1. The referee showed KingFaizalFc's Omar Flo the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. There was concern in the stands when, at the 67 minute mark, KingFaizalFc's Makis Pountidis hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. KingFaizalFc's Jean-Luis Beccarelli was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 69 minutes. With 78 minutes played, the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending. 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) put the ball away for 1 - 2. Players in KingFaizalFc heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. With 82 minutes played, Denis Molyavko went down in a suspected penalty situation after a challenge from the visitors' right fullback, but the referee, having a good line of sight, signalled to keep playing. This half belonged to KingFaizalFc, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

Most important KingFaizalFc player was Giacomo Damasco. Taras Komarov turned in a dismal performance, however. Qassem Madaini performed admirably for Grilled. However, Rosendo Chinchay made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 2.
