Grilled 2 - 3 kenshuteam
14 spectators arrived at The Cooking Pot, where weather conditions were pretty good for football.
Karl Raun Sørensen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Crispin Kiser and
Juha-Matti Liukkonen. A 4-3-3 alignment was the formation of choice for Grilled. The following players took the field: Bao-Tam - Mirchev, Woon Jin, bin Yaacob, 顺国 (Shunguo) - Tong Ping, Jun Chang, 达荣 (Darong) - Salieri, Torsson, 力海 (Lihai) .
kenshuteam decided to use a 5-3-2 set up. Lineup: Higgins - Devos, Keković, Demey, Barnés, Mordant - Eijmael, Bruylandt, Bulíř - Graubins, Coimbra.
Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of Grilled. With 5 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience,
Charles-Alexandre Devos needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. Grilled took the lead 7 minutes in, as
Martin Torsson broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as kenshuteam's
Vlado Bulíř put the ball in the net after 14 minutes to make it 1 - 1. The referee showed kenshuteam's
Vlado Bulíř the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Grilled, as
Hang Bao-Tam left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match.
Cheung Huel-sheng took his place on the field. 1 - 1 was the halftime score. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.
Some great play up the middle by Grilled led to a chance for
Ivaylo Mirchev to get the go-ahead goal after 50 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of kenshuteam's
Milojko Keković after 58 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 1 - 2 lead. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Grilled's
鄭 (Zheng) 力海 (Lihai) was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 60 minutes.
Ângelo Cunha Simões was given a chance to change things around. 63 minutes into the match, Grilled's
封 (Feng) 达荣 (Darong) maneuvered his way around the opposition on the left flank, delighting the crowd with his twists and turns. The effort paid off as the ball found the back of the net, evening the score at 2 - 2. Grilled's
Ivaylo Mirchev tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. The terraces were silenced after 72 minutes when kenshuteam's
Davy Mordant put the guests ahead 2 - 3, following an attack on the right. This half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 58 percent of the time.
封 (Feng) 达荣 (Darong) performed admirably for Grilled. On the other hand,
Cheung Huel-sheng's play was disheartening. Most important kenshuteam player was
Matthew Graubins.
Rui Coimbra on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 3.
