Arrogancae solidified their lead at the 26 minute mark, as Roberto Valiardo manoeuvered the ball through the opposing central defence and finished for 3 - 0. Arrogancae's Seyit Kerimov got himself booked for a foul. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 52 percent possession of the ball.

A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Arrogancae's Einar Hansen putting the lead up to 4 - 0. By now, Arrogancae were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. After 63 minutes, Grilled's Zoltán Árva fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. Grilled kept trying to force their way through on the right side and Subri bin Ku Zainol got his chance after 70 minutes, but the home side's defence held their position and stopped the attack. Grilled claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.
