Kino 6 - 0 Grilled

64 spectators had come to FC Kino Arena this cloudy day. Joachim Ullmann was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Milan Grkinić and Ruven Badmann. Kino started off with a 3-4-3 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Molina - Hillebrand, Arvedsson, Jianu - Álvarez, Nilsson, Wién, Arkhipov - Drago, MacFadzean, Priolo.

Grilled had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. Starters: Bao-Tam - bin Che Lah, Siu-Cheung, Seng-Huat - Zywczyn, Jie Siong, Swee Pheng, Borup, Abd Hamid - Hjortlind, Hobson.

The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 after 11 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from Sean MacFadzean, who, unaided, came in from the right wing hooking the ball over the visitors' keeper. The referee showed Grilled's Nor Suhaimi bin Che Lah the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 19 minutes into the match Fredrik Arvedsson put Kino ahead 2 - 0 with a truly marvelous free kick. 22 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Alessandro Priolo dashed through, knocking home 3 - 0 for Kino. With 30 minutes played, Kino's Laurentiu Jianu fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee booked Laurentiu Jianu for diving. Kino's Alessandro Priolo swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Kino, with an impressive 70 percent possession of the ball.

What was Fredrik Arvedsson thinking? That's what everyone wondered when, for no apparent reason, he shot a cross pass over his own penalty area, giving Tim Hobson" alt="Tim Hobson">Tim Hobson an extra chance, but unfortunately for Grilled, he didn't get the shot right. Kino will have to do without Laurentiu Jianu for a time, due to a bad foot injury at the 59 minute mark. He was substituted by Eric Ramírez. Kino put themselves up 4 - 0 when Josef Hillebrand broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. 70 minutes into the match, Fredrik Arvedsson could have extended the lead, but his very hard free kick went just over the bar. Kino's Fredrik Arvedsson got himself booked for a foul. Sean MacFadzean increased Kino's lead to 5 - 0, putting a header away on a hooked ball from the right. Confident in their lead, Kino decided to play a more defensive game at this point. Kino's Sean MacFadzean was delighted to score the 6 - 0 goal after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing after 81 minutes. At that, Sean MacFadzean was noted down for a hat trick. Kino held the ball, with a clear 78 percent of possession.

The most dominating Kino player was without a doubt Gonzalo Álvarez. Nikita Arkhipov turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Grilled player was Terkel Borup. However, Tim Hobson" alt="Tim Hobson">Tim Hobson made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 0.
