Chin Crosses Over
18 year-old left winger Au Chin Su was transferred to local Division Five club Bergabes United for S$6000 this afternoon. Coaches said that he had been progressing steadily, just not enough to break into the reserves in the foreseeable future, and thus recommended the club not to stand in the way of a move.
New Division Four side Forza Ommisal tried to lure Au away with the opportunity to play amongst footballers his own age, and cited their proximity to Grilled's current training facilities in Jurong too. Au however felt that Bergabes had a more solid foundation to build on, which swayed the transfer their way.
