Xing Hua, member of the original Grilled Birds squad, has left on a free transfer with S$2000 covering administrative fees, after four seasons with Grilled. Despite his long tenure, he has been a fringe player at best, with most of his contributions coming in Grilled's formative season. "It's hard to go when you haven't known any other club for your whole career," Xing Hua remarked at his lavish sending off dinner, "but it's time to move on. I itch for real soccer and to be an integral part of a club's fate." He will likely get that chance at newly formed Budak-Budak Lepak, onetime Division Two Team Turismo.
