Li Kum-Seng dipped into the transfer market and brought a third Swedish youth prospect to the club. 17 year old winger Peter Åhsten impressed Kum-Seng with defensive resolve as well as the usual willingness of wide players to exploit space on the flanks, so much that Kum-Seng forked out just over S$200000 for him to come over from Stockholm's PAO FC.
