The structure of the game started to change as habouteam decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. 41 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as Norbert Kohlers finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. A penalty was called after 42 minutes, and habouteam's Erik-Jan Tinbergen made the most of his chance to put his team up by another goal. 0 - 5 for the visitors.
