The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 after 5 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from Will Norton, who, unaided, came in from the right wing hooking the ball over the visitors' keeper. 8 minutes into the match Will Norton put Karczew ahead 2 - 0 with a truly marvelous free kick. Karczew's Wojciech Hejduk was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 20 minutes. Jacques Hirschberg should probably have put his team up another goal after 21 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by Hang Bao-Tam kept the visitors in the game. 胡 (Hu) 辉洪 (Huihong) of Grilled was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. After 30 minutes, Wojciech Hejduk put Karczew ahead 3 - 0 when he rose to head in a hooked ball, the result of an effort from the right side. Karczew put themselves up 4 - 0 when Will Norton broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. That made three goals for Will Norton and he was marked down for the hat trick. By now, Karczew were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. Halftime score was 4 - 0. Karczew enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 74 percent of possession.

A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Karczew's Mieczysław Mijas putting the lead up to 5 - 0. Karczew managed to extend their lead to 6 - 0 when Cornelius Isler cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. Karczew's Rainerio Delano left the field after 78 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was Konrad Czachowski. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Mieczysław Mijas squirmed himself through their central defence after 82 minutes, bringing the lead to 7 - 0. Karczew solidified their lead at the 86 minute mark, as Cornelius Isler manoeuvered the ball through the opposing central defence and finished for 8 - 0. Karczew's Konrad Czachowski was delighted to score the 9 - 0 goal after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing after 87 minutes. Karczew held the ball, with a clear 75 percent of possession.

Karczew's best player was Fikret Cihandar. On the other hand, Konrad Czachowski's play was disheartening. Most important Grilled player was 封 (Feng) 达荣 (Darong) . Hang Bao-Tam was a disappointment, however. The match ends 9 - 0.
