BonGGie 2 - 1 Grilled
rk skies made the crowd of 32695 at New Changi Dome Arena a little nervous, but the rain held off.

Gandert Bernard and
Ciaran Quinn. BonGGie had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. Starters: Ungureanu - Esteves, Xi Yuan, Ming Ze - Sun Tae, Shih Kuan, Moya, Yong Chin, bin Ahmad - Rong Chin, Da Long.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Grilled. The following players took the field: Dias Paes - Lik-Tsun, Árva, Talib - Penati, MacKinnon, Branbilla, Han Kok, Deme - Rotteveel, bin Ku Zainol.
Grilled clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could. BonGGie took the lead after 3 minutes, as a result of
Aw Rong Chin's awkward, but ultimately successful, shot from the right. 1 - 0. After 20 minutes, the visitors tied it up at 1 - 1 when a fantastic pass from the left was finished off by
Maikel Rotteveel. Many in the crowd felt the referee was being too lenient when he only showed Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 25 minutes into the game. A loud groan was heard from the fans of BonGGie, as
Su Xi Yuan left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match.
Lyudmil Tzenov took his place on the field. 1 - 1 was the score after the first half. The forty-five minutes were dominated by BonGGie, with an impressive 53 percent possession of the ball.
BonGGie could have put themselves ahead after 55 minutes but
Tay Da Long missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. Grilled's
Nawaz Talib was shown a yellow card after 56 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel could have put the guests one up after 61 minutes after chasing a through ball from the right, but
Liviu Ungureanu was as fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. 74 minutes into the match and the home team took a 2 - 1 lead after breaking through on the left. Scorer for BonGGie was
Goo Yong Chin. 76 minutes were showing on the scoreboard when Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel received his second yellow card and was sent off. BonGGie enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.
He Shih Kuan performed admirably for BonGGie.
Lyudmil Tzenov on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Grilled player was
Valdir Dias Paes. However,
