Grilled tied it all up, 14 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by Dani Spirig, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 1 - 1. futrebol broke through on the left 16 minutes into the game, with Albino Comprido firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 2 - 1 lead. 36 minutes into the game Grilled's Ciro Penati found a gap in the home side's central defence and scored with a fabulous shot, making it 2 - 2. The visitors grabbed the lead after Ivaylo Mirchev's free kick succeeded, resulting in a score of 2 - 3. The away team's Ivaylo Mirchev took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 69 minutes which increased Grilled's lead to 2 - 4. The structure of the game started to change as Grilled decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. The home crowd was given a certain amount of consolation when Albino Comprido, after a brilliant midfield combination through the middle, reduced the lead to 3 - 4. 81 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 3 - 5 as Mohd Firdaus bin Yaacob finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, futrebol's Børge Thorhauge got himself booked. Ivaylo Mirchev increased Grilled's lead to 3 - 6 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. This third goal made a hat trick for Ivaylo Mirchev. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 58 percent of possession.

Jan-Roelf van Goolen performed admirably for futrebol. However, Alexandre Araújo made a disastrous appearance. Grilled's top performer was clearly Dani Spirig. Luis Alcántara turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 6.
