Grilled decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. Starters: Dias Paes - Fjällbratt, Árva, Deme - Chowdhury, Seng-Huat, Mirchev, Branbilla, Penati - Rotteveel, Hjortlind.

Maikel Rotteveel of Grilled was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish Irfan Bakti bin Rasdi, which resulted in the 0 - 1 goal. After 4 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed Weng Seng-Huat to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 2. Clever play that showed his experience gave Sima Hoai An a good chance to score, but the shot hit the crossbar. Grilled's Maikel Rotteveel was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 25 minutes. The Grilled free kick 28 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But there was an idea to it - the misdirected ball was turned into a cross towards Ivaylo Mirchev, who was waiting for it in the box. That's 0 - 3! Don't forget to thank the assistant coach for that gem of a routine! By now, Grilled were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. Halftime score was 0 - 3. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 67 percent possession of the ball.

47 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as Tapesh Chowdhury finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Many in the crowd felt the referee was being too lenient when he only showed Grilled's Ciro Penati a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 48 minutes into the game. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Gundam, as Asri bin Rahman left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. Mokhtar bin Misbah took his place on the field. A drive on the left side allowed Grilled's Maikel Rotteveel to get in close and score a goal after 58 minutes, leading to 0 - 5. Grilled's Weng Seng-Huat got himself booked for a foul. Grilled's Sándor Deme received a play slashing through the home side's central defense after 79 minutes, and chipped it past the keeper to score the 0 - 6 goal. The home crowd was not pleased with that one. Ciro Penati knew he was in trouble after pulling back an opponent. Despite his pleading with the referee, the Grilled player was shown a second yellow card and dismissed from the game. Some fine manoeuvring on the left led to a Grilled goal after 81 minutes, making it 0 - 7. Weng Seng-Huat was noted down as the scorer. Weng Seng-Huat knew he was in trouble after pulling back an opponent. Despite his pleading with the referee, the Grilled player was shown a second yellow card and dismissed from the game. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 70 percent of possession.

The most dominating Gundam player was without a doubt Pan Than Lin. Guo Kam Wai turned in a dismal performance, however. Grilled's top performer was clearly Maikel Rotteveel. However, Ivaylo Mirchev made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 7.
