Ulf Hjortlind could have put his team up another goal 26 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.
Mohd Firdaus bin Yaacob caught everyone by surprise with a unexpected volley after 60 minutes.
Tapesh Chowdhury was perfectly placed to take advantage of the play, but unfortunately, he was as surprised as anyone and couldn't finish for Grilled. After 65 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for
Ulf Hjortlind who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 3. 77 minutes into the match, beechmount's
Jarosław Olenderek demonstrated his famed speed as he raced past his marker and passed the ball to
Bari Yousef El-Shadi who chipped it in for 1 - 3. Grilled came close to extending their lead as
Weng Seng-Huat delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 79 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. beechmount supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to
Bari Yousef El-Shadi who reduced the visitors' lead after 80 minutes to 2 - 3. A thrilling play through the middle 80 minutes into the match gave Grilled's
Peter Fjällbratt a chance to increase the lead, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 2 - 4. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 66 percent possession of the ball.
