Razer decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. The following players took the field: Jiao-Long - Feuchter, Patel, Wee-Hwa - Chin Aik, Tsu-Yee, Kitrattana, Shen, Winckler - Hellell, Payer.

For their match strategy, Razer had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to Ola Martinsson, but the Grilled player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Grilled's Anders Fredgård putting the lead up to 2 - 0. Grilled's Sylweriusz Zywczyn had an excellent opportunity after 9 minutes, shooting on a through ball down the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! Grilled solidified their lead at the 10 minute mark, as Hidde van Liere manoeuvered the ball through the opposing central defence and finished for 3 - 0. The structure of the game started to change as Grilled decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. Lee Jie Siong could have put Grilled up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 20 minutes. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 63 percent of possession.

A free kick just outside of the visitors' penalty area after 47 minutes could have resulted in another goal, but Mak Jiao-Long got a hand out and tipped the ball over the bar. Dimitri Simon tipped the corner kick right to the keeper, who mishandled it, giving Grilled's Quah Han Kok a chance to knock it in for 4-0. Udom Kitrattana nearly reduced 76 minutes into the game, but a splendid one-handed save by Ahmed Abed-Sulaiman put a stop to the attempt coming in from the right flank. The referee showed Razer's Gildo Payer the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Grilled were forced to a substitution as Hidde van Liere couldn't continue playing due to the rough treatment, forcing Peter Fjällbratt to come in from the sidelines. The home side's Ola Martinsson came close to extending the lead 82 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but Mak Jiao-Long managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Grilled's Lee Jie Siong had an excellent opportunity after 89 minutes, shooting on a through ball down the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! This half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

Nawaz Talib performed admirably for Grilled. Peter Fjällbratt on the other hand, had a terrible day. Zou Tsu-Yee performed admirably for Razer. Wang Wee-Hwa on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 0.
