17 year-old Busy Bees fullback Bao Zijing moved to Argentina's Club Atlético Pol on a free transfer today, as their head coach Juan Ernesto Arregui refreshed his squad after selling Ola Bohlin and Carlos Alberto Burela in recent weeks. Bao joins Uzbek teenager Toshpolat Shamayev as an Arregui project, with the VI.908 club recovering after straight defeats to ChardyFC and Lince y Asociados FC in cup and league competition.
Bees scout Zulfadly bin Hj Ratano described Bao as the model of a modern wingback, who however needs a little bit more to stand out. "He was always dependable with the youth team, but just lacked that edge that the elite have. I doubt we have seen all he has to give, however, and if he improves his mentality, nothing is going to stop him from improving as much as he wants."
