Black Mamba Club started the game in a 4-4-2 formation, whereas Grilled Birds lined up in a 2-5-3 formation. After 5 minutes, Grilled put themselves up 0 - 1, as Neeraj Muthyala finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. Salah Kamel received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 9 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The Grilled fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Grilled's Bilal Mohammad Harun made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 11 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. After 22 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Heng Dong Chu who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 3. 26 minutes into the game, Grilled were awarded a penalty and Bhavya Panigrahi was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 4 rolling the ball in by the right post. Halftime score was 0 - 4. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 75 percent of possession.

After 46 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Jérémy Tarin off the field. 洸平 (Kohei) 奥谷 (Okuya) took his place. 46 minutes into the game, Mamba wanted to bring some new energy to their game. Moosa Shafeeu gave Mohemed Ibrahim a quick hug as he left the field. Grilled came close to extending their lead as Salah Kamel delivered a low effort on goal from the right after 52 minutes, but the angle was too narrow and the shot went harmlessly into the side netting. Mamba supporters cheered as good work down the right got the ball to Mohemed Ibrahim who reduced the visitors' lead after 56 minutes to 1 - 4. Some fine movement on the left led to a Grilled goal after 64 minutes, making it 1 - 5. José Luiz Velho was noted down as the scorer. Matteo Reineke was in no condition to play on. He left the field limping after 68 minutes, with his right thigh bandaged. Ibrahim Ahmed tried to hide a smile as he entered the field. He had not expected to get a chance this day. Vachir Juchi of Mamba was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish 洸平 (Kohei) 奥谷 (Okuya), which resulted in a goal making the score 2 - 5. Bilal Mohammad Harun was, after 76 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper Cristi Bonţe made the save. 81 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 2 - 6 as Bilal Mohammad Harun finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Mamba's Ahmed Naeem got himself booked for a foul. Bilal Mohammad Harun went down after twisting his right ankle after 84 minutes, and had to leave the pitch. The replacement for the injured player was Leonard Nguyen. The referee decided to let play continue for an additional 3 minutes beyond the regular 90 minutes. The home crowd was given a certain amount of consolation when Ibrahim Ahmed scored after a brilliant midfield combination through the centre, reducing the lead to 3 - 6. The match ends 3 - 6.
