Some fine movement on the left led to a Grilled goal after 35 minutes, making it 0 - 2. José Luiz Velho was noted down as the scorer. A marvellous Leventes effort on the right-hand side resulted in a goal after 36 minutes by Yinon Sonnenfeld, making the score 1 - 2. 37 minutes in, and Leventes were able to score the equalising goal to make it 2 - 2 when Sait Erma picked up a pass coming in from the right and chipped it past the away team's keeper. The visitors grabbed the lead after Bhavya Panigrahi's free kick succeeded, resulting in a score of 2 - 3. 2 - 3 was the score after the first half. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 66 percent.

54 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 2 - 4 as Islom Davlatov finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. The visitors almost increased their lead after 55 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar. Leventes's Dario Gatta found himself alone on the left side 62 minutes into the match and laid down a perfect shot - right into the arms of the keeper! The home crowd cheered when, after 63 minutes, Islom Davlatov's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. Heng Dong Chu's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert Gilbert Webb was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for Grilled. 2 - 5. 悠太 (Yuta) 中北 (Nakakita) could have put his team up another goal 69 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. 71 minutes into the game, Grilled's Radovan Jaška rolled over in pain after taking a forceful blow to his upper chest. After bandaging his collarbone, the medics led him off the field. This gave Dante Tran a chance to take to the field instead. As the 89 minute mark approached, the Grilled coach decided it was time for a substitution. Heng Dong Chu reluctantly made way for Yee Jian Hui on the pitch. The referee announced 2 minutes of stoppage time, giving fans a slim hope that their team could get one more attack in before this was all over. After 89 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave Mohd Jafni Abdul Majid a chance to increase the lead for Grilled, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 2 - 6. The match ends 2 - 6. Grilled had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.

Diego Casares performed admirably for Leventes. Fanos Louka turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Chan Ze Han. On the other hand, Mohd Jafni Abdul Majid's play was disheartening.
