It was a sunny day at the stadium today. It was a sunny day and the technical players could roll the ball around with ease. Those that had to chase after the ball found the weather less appealing, it especially stymied the game of Powerful and Quick players. LOVE HEART entered the field in a 3-4-3 formation. The visitors, Grilled Birds, chose to start the game with a 2-5-3 lineup. Today, HEART's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks, taking advantage of their divine (+10) level with that tactic. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 8 minutes allowed Chu Xin Lee to score for Grilled. The scoreboard now read 0 - 1. Grilled's Chan Ze Han made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 10 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. The visitors' Chan Ze Han took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 11 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for Grilled. 12 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 3 as Kalki Parvathaneni finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Kalki Parvathaneni of Grilled was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish Jos Friebel, which resulted in a goal making the score 0 - 4. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 58 percent of possession.

Kalki Parvathaneni could have put his team up another goal 54 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. With the scoreboard showing that 73 minutes had been played, Grilled nearly put themselves up another goal after Florus Romijn came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. Grilled's Chu Xin Lee lived up to his reputation for finding unexpected ways to get the ball in the net when he sent a nifty little pass over to Kalki Parvathaneni who finished for 0 - 5 with 75 minutes of the match played. That made three goals for Kalki Parvathaneni and he was marked down for the hat trick. After 78 minutes, Grilled sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached Neeraj Muthyala, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 0 - 6. As the 89 minute mark approached, the Grilled coach decided it was time for a substitution. Chu Xin Lee reluctantly made way for Prokop Mottl on the pitch. The players were tired, but when the referee announced that there would be 1 minute of added time they, nonetheless, welcomed the extra opportunity to make an impact. The home side worked hard to get through the middle and as a result, had a good chance of getting one back as Sung-Ho '날쌘돌이' Jeon tried lifting the ball over keeper Massoud Dob. Unfortunately, the ball went just over the bar. The match ends 0 - 6. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.

The most dominating HEART player was without a doubt Heung-Sub Jung. Yazdgerd Nourafkan on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Grilled player was Chan Ze Han. Gilbert Webb was a disappointment, however.
