Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 9 minutes into the match, and R. Lipman wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. Some fine passing in the middle of the pitch, carving open the away defence, should have led to a goal for Grilled, but M. bin Mohd Kassim's shot went over the bar. P. Pitt showed why he is feared on the counterattack, breaking through in the middle and scoring for Brilli-Peris after 26 minutes to make the score 0 - 2. With the scoreboard showing that 41 minutes had been played, Brilli-Peris nearly put themselves up another goal after P. Pitt came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. 42 minutes into the match, the speedy J. Bulkaitis easily outpaced 凌. 福泉 (Fuquan), chipped the keeper and made the score 0 - 3. Confident in their lead, Brilli-Peris's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 60 percent of possession.

J. Bulkaitis received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 62 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The Brilli-Peris fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Brilli-Peris coach let H. Geitner replace E. Breitfuß after 65 minutes. P. Pitt wanted to play on, but the Brilli-Peris coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 65 minutes into the game by A. Galea. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, P. St. Jean took over the role of being the Brilli-Peris captain. The Brilli-Peris players could smell victory in the air. A. Glushkov wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for F. Hutten after 65 minutes. 68 minutes in, Brilli-Peris's H. Geitner received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. The sunny day didn't make things easy for W. Ping Shun who didn't seem his usual powerful self on the pitch. Grilled had a brilliant opportunity to reply as L. Lee Hao received a high ball from the right, striking the ball in the air. Only S. Nederlof's reflexes saved him. Brilli-Peris's F. Hutten was shown a yellow card after 75 minutes for slicing down an opponent. With 80 minutes played, the Grilled coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. L. Wan Kang came on, M. bin Mohd Kassim had to leave the fray. The bench was restless, and with 85 minutes passed Grilled's coach gave R. bin Ahmad the opportunity the player had been hoping for. 凌. 福泉 (Fuquan) reluctantly left the field. 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) tried to get a goal back for Grilled but despite all his hard work down the right, he just couldn't complete the move. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt 田. 勇航 (Yonghang). L. Wan Kang was a disappointment, however. Brilli-Peris's top performer was clearly J. Bulkaitis. S. St. Cyr turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 4.
