Farges stepped up to the challenge. 1 - 1 38 minutes into the match and the home team took a 2 - 1 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for Scarabs was M. Galica. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

The visitors kept the pressure on to tie the game when, after 61 minutes, L. Lee Hao broke through the centre and found himself alone with the keeper. A. Musa made a great block, though. With 65 minutes played, Scarabs put themselves up 3 - 1 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to F. Duncan, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. The players of Scarabs now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Grilled, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. 82 minutes in, 朱. 长春 (Changchun) made an incredible run up the middle and nearly reduced the home side's lead, but A. Musa refused to let the ball slip by him. After 84 minutes C. Ying Lee made a speedy advance and dropped the ball to 田. 勇航 (Yonghang) who shuffled it past the keeper. The score was now 3 - 2. A. Gonçalves increased the lead for Scarabs to 4 - 2, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Grilled had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

A. Musa performed admirably for Scarabs. Y. Farges was a disappointment, however. Grilled's top performer was clearly 田. 勇航 (Yonghang). G. Filippone on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 2.
