Grilled started off with a 2-5-3 lineup. Starters: Stacey - 俊桂 (Jungui), Madaini - Shaahee, bin Jantan, 尊文 (Zunwen), 长春 (Changchun), Djekshenkulov - bin Mohd Kassim, 勇航 (Yonghang), Ying Lee.

After 6 minutes of play, Florentino Canelas gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. 15 minutes in, Grilled's 朱 (Zhu) 长春 (Changchun) received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang)'s technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) made a run for the goal 19 minutes into the game but the home team's left back managed to sort the situation out in the end. Dodogado solidified their lead at the 20 minute mark, as Dirk Mayer-Berg dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. Given a free kick close to the byline, Dodogado tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let Toader-Vasile Ciobanu slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 3 - 0, 32 minutes into the game. The players of Dodogado now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Dodogado's 董 (Dong) 荣勇 (Rongyong) was shown a yellow card after 33 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

The home team's fans were upset when, after 47 minutes, the visiting Seytek Djekshenkulov broke through the central defence and kicked the ball past the keeper. 3 - 1 was the score. Thomi Risser wasn't much help defensively. His energy-consuming forward runs proved quite costly in the oppressive heat. 64 minutes in, Chow Ying Lee made an incredible run up the middle and nearly reduced the home side's lead, but Leo Wapernaar refused to let the ball slip by him. The crowd roared its approval when Leo Wapernaar somehow managed to block a shot which seemed to be a certain goal by Grilled's 卢 (lu) 尊文 (Zunwen) 69 minutes into the game. Dodogado's defence sent a ball soaring up the middle on a beautiful counterattack with 70 minutes gone, but Florentino Canelas's finish was met by the reaching hands of the keeper. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Chow Ying Lee from Grilled a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 77 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Under heavy pressure after 81 minutes, the inexperienced Dodogado struggled to maintain their level of play. 胡 (Hu) 尔江 (Erjiang) increased Dodogado's lead to 4 - 1 with a penalty spot cannonball. A scuffle developed as players from both sides clashed following a tussle in the centre of the field 84 minutes into the match. After regaining order and consulting his linesman, the referee called Grilled's Seytek Djekshenkulov to one side and produced a red card for the player. Dodogado enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

Dirk Mayer-Berg performed admirably for Dodogado. On the other hand, Thomi Risser's play was disheartening. Most important Grilled player was 田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang). Shiya Shaahee turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
