Grilled tried to focus their attacks down the middle. Grilled had to make a substitution after 21 minutes.
Alex Fonseca limped off the field and was replaced by
Edvaldo Mourão. Changi took the lead after 39 minutes with 0 - 1.
Jesús Salinas Mila placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. A drive on the left side allowed Changi's
Mohd Akmal Hizam bin Ismail to get in close and score a goal after 40 minutes, leading to 0 - 2. The corner kick from
Paolo Iten set
Edvaldo Mourão up perfectly, as he soared to meet the ball, heading it in for 1 - 2. 1 - 2 was the halftime score. Grilled claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.
After 60 minutes, the Changi players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. The coach of Changi was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 70 minutes,

Mugurel Rusanu.

Gleb Dorogan caught the defence out of position.
田 (Tian) 勇航 (Yonghang) collected the ball, and with the goal at his mercy calmly rolled the ball just inside the post. 2 - 3. After 84 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed
Per Nessholt to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 2 - 4.
Chow Ying Lee of Grilled was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish
Megat Amir Faisal bin Zainal, which resulted in the 3 - 4 goal.
Chow Ying Lee charged down the left and had a wonderful opportunity to score the equaliser for Grilled, but the shot went well wide of the goal. The home crowd cheered when, after 89 minutes,
Mohd Akmal Hizam bin Ismail's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Changi, with an impressive 51 percent possession of the ball.
Most important Grilled player was
Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim. However,
Paolo Iten made a disastrous appearance.
Mohd Akmal Hizam bin Ismail performed admirably for Changi.
Lasse Nessgård was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 4.
