Nudo took the lead 12 minutes in, as Sekula Lakićević broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. Nudo added another goal to their lead as Sekula Lakićević struck home the 2 - 0 goal after an attack from the left set him up unmarked in front of the keeper. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Nudo scored another to make it 3 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for Savo Crnogorac after 18 minutes. After this, Nudo lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. Nudo put in a good effort on the right, but Savo Crnogorac saw his volley fly wide of the mark 31 minutes into the game. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. Cheers filled the stadium as Savo Crnogorac broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the 4 - 0 goal for Nudo. Nudo's Dragiša Eraković was delighted to score the 5 - 0 goal after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing after 64 minutes. 胡 (Hu) 辉洪 (Huihong) of Grilled received a yellow card after 67 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. 68 minutes in and an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as Matthias Branbilla charged ahead and scored, reducing to 5 - 1. Grilled breathed new life into the game with an opportunity to reduce the score after 71 minutes, but the home side's defenders cleared the ball on the line, after a long shot coming in from the left rebounded off the crossbar. Unfortunately for Nudo, Bane Dedejić suffered a concussion after 75 minutes and had to be taken for tests. The coach had his head in his hands after realising he could not send a replacement onto the pitch, and the team had to continue a man short. Now Héctor Alberto Gache had to try his luck as goalkeeper. Grilled fought on and, after 78 minutes, Zulkiflee bin Othman was able to reply with the 5 - 2 goal after some excellent moves on the right side were finished off with an incredibly clever chip. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 75 percent of possession.

Branislav Ivančević performed admirably for Nudo. On the other hand, Héctor Alberto Gache's play was disheartening. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Matthias Branbilla. Weng Seng-Huat turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 2.
