Lokomotive created a good opportunity to score 4 minutes into the match when
Azubuike Agnidé's hooked ball from the left created a scuffle in front of the goal, and the visitors' defenders had a hard time clearing the ball. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to
Azubuike Agnidé, but the Lokomotive player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! 10 minutes in, Lokomotive's
Azubuike Agnidé received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. The Grilled player who had to be helped off the pitch, was
范 (Fan) å·åŸŽ (Chuancheng) as he was unable to finish the game.
Badrul Afzan bin Mustapa came in to finish the match. The score became 2 - 0 at 12 minutes into the game, when Lokomotive were given a penalty with which
Leonardo Donato made no mistake. The referee showed Lokomotive's
Zbigniew Bronowski the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Given a free kick in a difficult position after 22 minutes, Lokomotive did not go for a direct shot but instead aimed for the area just in front of the keeper. The attacking players made several runs as the ball was played and made it hard for the defenders to protect their goal. After a short tussle with the defender,
Ola Sundstedt could finally lay the ball to rest behind the keeper. 3 - 0, and proof that it can pay off to come prepared. Confident in their lead, Lokomotive decided to play a more defensive game at this point. Lokomotive solidified their lead at the 28 minute mark, as
Marco Falcone Aniello manoeuvered the ball through the opposing central defence and finished for 4 - 0.
Azubuike Agnidé of Lokomotive got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. It was 4 - 0 at the break. This half belonged to Lokomotive, who controlled the ball 70 percent of the time.
After 49 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by
Marco Falcone Aniello might have resulted in another goal for Lokomotive. However,
Hang Bao-Tam made a spectacular save.
Zbigniew Bronowski unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Lokomotive's
Horst-Friedrich Baldauf putting the lead up to 5 - 0.
Amir Takalainen gave Lokomotive supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 6 - 0 after 68 minutes, following a good exchange of passes on the right that the away team failed to deal with. Lokomotive put themselves up 7 - 0 when
Leonardo Donato broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. Lokomotive enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.
Lokomotive's top performer was clearly
Horst-Friedrich Baldauf. On the other hand,
Leonardo Donato's play was disheartening. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt
Matthias Branbilla.
Weng Seng-Huat on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 7 - 0.
