Islanders 0 - 8 Grilled

00 spectators arrived at Pulau Ubin Road, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Elmar Lipp was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Augustin Popa and Emir Cengaver. Islanders had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. They fielded: Nhut-Linh - Thanh-Phong, Ling-Fong, Byung-suck, Xing - Wing-Man, Seng-Ngee, Jingyang, bin Omar - Kiranmayi, bin Ribi.

Grilled started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Öhmo - Alcántara, Tuan-Mu, Dewilde - Dai-Lin, Ju-Hau, Noor Yadah, Siu-Yue, Kek-Tjiang - Hjortlind, Martinsson.

Grilled's 0 - 1 goal came on a questionable penalty, but Ola Martinsson struck that one home without a second thought. The referee signalled a penalty 7 minutes into the game following an offence just inside of the box. Ola Martinsson knocked home the 0 - 2 goal just outside the reach of the goalkeeper. Islanders's Sivaganapathi Kiranmayi got himself booked for a foul. 29 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 3 as Ulf Hjortlind finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. The structure of the game started to change as Grilled decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. Ulf Hjortlind came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle, but he lifted the ball over Li Nhut-Linh and it was a little too high and hit the bar. The visitors' Ulf Hjortlind took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and central backs 37 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Grilled. Halftime score was 0 - 4. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 88 percent of possession.

The visitors' Ola Martinsson took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and central backs 52 minutes into the match. 0 - 5 for Grilled. This third goal made a hat trick for Ola Martinsson. After 64 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Ola Martinsson who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 6. The visitors' Zhan Ju-Hau took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and central backs 81 minutes into the match. 0 - 7 for Grilled. Grilled's Aznan Noor Yadah got himself booked for a foul. Luis Alcántara increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 8. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 94 percent possession of the ball.

The most dominating Islanders player was without a doubt Ma Wing-Man. Sivaganapathi Kiranmayi was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Aznan Noor Yadah. However, Frank Öhmo made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 8.
